Because They Love Sin
Romans 1:26-27 (KJB) For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
God gave them up to their vile affections because they loved sin and the sum of their sin carries a great cost.
These two verses clearly present what God defines as vile and unnatural affections. These affections are committed between women, and men lusting after other men. The sins are an abomination, or an outrage to God (Proverbs 6:16-19, Leviticus 18:22, Galatians 5:19-21, and 1 Corinthians 6:9-11) as presented throughout the canon of His Word.
Penalties for committing these sins are also outlaid by God. They undoubtedly bring on oneself great physical suffering, chronic disease and harm. If not repented of, these sins like any other sin will bring eternal suffering and death and no personal fellowship with God forever.
These sins are unseemingly, a disgrace to God, and assuredly carry a high cost, both on this earth and forever in the eternal realm. Those who choose to participate in an unnatural lifestyle will certainly pay great consequences in their body. Perhaps from contracting eroding diseases and without remorse, will face certain spiritual death and an existence without fellowship with God forevermore.
