Godly Relationships Have Spiritual Parameters
1 Timothy 5:19-20 (KJB) Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses. Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
God has placed principles in His Word for guiding and managing our relationship with pastors and elders. These values are not something man can take lightly, ignore, or choose not to implement. God has placed these parameters upon His church for proper correction, direction, and godliness.
Too often today mankind operates within churches in the sphere of his own spiritual perception and emotion rather than being guided with the supernatural presence and principles God has issued. His way is for the pastors best spiritual interest, our spiritual growth, and for bringing Him glory and honor.
If an occasion arises that an elder or pastor must be examined, corrected, or rebuked God has a plan set in place for the proper handling of such matters. Sadly, most often today instances are handled in the flesh and far from that which God instructs His church to follow.
