God’s Holy Arithmetic Provides Answers For Life

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16 KJV)

There is much talk about a new math that has been pushed on teachers, schools, and is now being taught to our future generation of leaders of tomorrow.  Parents often get a “deer in the headlight” look when faced with helping kids in computing this new and up to date way of calculating Math easily coming up with the correct answer. The process of Math has always been based upon exact figures, precise answers, or a clear cut and accurate answer.  The method in this world of Math computations has recently been changed or updated, most would heartily agree to a more difficult process, but in the end answers to the Math problems remain unchanged.

Aren’t you glad that God will never change the computation method of his holy arithmetic!  He still figures spiritual addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division just as He always has since the beginning of time.  God’s math in accumulating lost souls into His spiritual family has not ever changed.  (Hebrews 13:8)

Quickened alive souls, through faith in God’s unconditional love, are added into in God’s spiritual family.    New Testament scripture revealing His circle of unconditional love includes “whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life…” His love was first revealed in the Old Testament as souls were saved also through faith.  The Bible tells us Abraham placed faith in God and his faith was credited or counted unto him And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness. (Genesis 15:6 KJV).  God is still in the spiritual business of adding many precious souls to His Kingdom each day through profession of faith in the work of His Son,

God also uses subtraction in computing His salvation equation.  His Son Jesus Christ has already finished the work of subtraction on the cross at Calvary through the shedding of His precious blood removing the huge weight and wrath of sin reckoning man’s debt by marking it “paid in full.”  This cancelled debt, was subtracted or removed from our own personal account.   God has subtracted the entire debt load of sin, therefore removing the weight of sin and shame from the shoulders of man instead bearing the entire weight of sin Himself.

Multiplication is an important factor in the regenerate soul sowing of the seed of His Gospel Message.  God did not offer His free gift of salvation so that man can be saved to sit and sour or to rejoice in their own silence.  God offered His Son as a sacrifice for sin so that all men, through spiritual multiplication, can come unto the precious saving knowledge of God as their own personal Savior.

God desires that His own spiritual family are busy about sowing or multiplying the seed of His gospel message bringing forth a harvest of regenerated souls.  God desires than mankind tell others, just like the biblical example of the woman at the well in John chapter four, who anxiously left her water jug running to witness to others with great zeal about the supernatural power of Jesus Christ at work in her life.

The Bible also tells us winning souls is living wise:

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. (Proverbs 11:30 KJV)

The Bible tells us that salvation from God is a gift intended for all mankind not just a chosen select few:

Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4 KJV)

Lastly God uses the arithmetic ofdivision

to separate regenerated man unto Himself.  God cannot use mankind to sow seeds to further His Kingdom according to His will for man if man, through self-will chooses to live in opposition to the things of God and sets out to produce works of darkness rather than works of light.

The Bible is clear that the regenerated man is to be peculiar, divided, or set aside for God as he sojourns on this earth available for use as a holy vessel for God producing a harvest of good fruits which magnify His Kingdom.

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. (Titus 2:14 KJV)

Are you set aside or divided for us by God as you sojourn in this world?

God’s righteous Math is always at work in this world regenerating souls to bring about salvation to dry and thirsty souls naturally found living as dead men walking in this dark and dreary world.

God’s arithmetic brings life to dead men on this earth now and for all eternity.
