John 3:17 (KJB) For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
God had a purpose for His Only Son since the beginning. He was to be sent to this world not to condemn it, but for delivering the gift of salvation.
The righteousness of God always stands in stark contrast to wickedness and evil at work in this world.
The purpose of the law of God is to show mankind his natural tendency to sin. It depicts the natural state of his or her heart condition. God did not just point out the problem of sin but offered an eternal answer for eradication of sin.
Thank God He did not leave man doomed to hell without spiritual recourse to right his sin sick heart!
God sent His Only Son (John 3:16) to willingly shed His precious shed blood sacrifice for righting the eternal course of all mankind who are willing to look at Truth in the “spiritual mirror” seeing the authentic condition of their sin stained heart.
God gave His Son to remediate sin rather than cover it. His transaction upon Calvary allowed for an eternal solution. His commandments and law were not to point sin out, gloss over it, and perpetually condemn all sinners to hell, for Jesus Christ’s sacrifice was sufficient for removal of sin.
