Not A License to Sin
Galatians 5:13 (KJB) For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
Yes, there is liberty in a relationship with God. This liberty does not mean there is a freedom to sin. Nor does it mean there is a freedom from pleasing God.
God expects his spiritual family will naturally desire to love and serve Him and one another. In fact, He has called His children to love others like He has loved them, with an unconditional love. This love is a genuine godly love that does not expect anything in return except spiritual freedom inside a relationship with Christ.
A child of God naturally desires to be godly and identify with Christ. Liberty in Christ is a license to serve God forevermore.
A child of the god of this world naturally desires to serve sin and align with the wickedness of this world.
