Pulverized or Grounded by Truth
Matthew 21:43-44 (KJB) Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. 44 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
You will be either knocked to the ground by Truth and pulverized into powder. Or a man will be found standing spiritually tall and true as the power and presence of Jesus Christ fall upon his life.
Paul personally understood the power of God. Paul was knocked to the ground and confronted by the supernatural nature of God’s truth. Paul was instantaneously made a spiritual pauper. He saw himself as spiritually destitute and in need of God’s power and presence working in His life. This spiritual reckoning process brought Paul to his knees opening an opportunity for God to work in his heart.
For others, the Truth of God collides with them and starkly contrasts their will. They stand in opposition and are pounded and pulverized into nothing instead of allowing the truth to strengthen and fortify them. It is dangerous to readily ignore any pricks and prods of God’s Truth.
Spiritual ignorance will annihilate man both physically and spiritually.
