Spiritual Fruit in Any Season
Jeremiah 17:7-8 (KJB) Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
Man either has his trust placed upon things of this world. Or he has his hope anchored in the Lord. One pathway leads to placing hope in things that falter and fleet away. The avenue of God brings about a hope that lasts forever.
The avenue of eternal blessings is fertile and flowing with hope and spiritual harmony both now and forever. However, the wider pathway offers short and palatable pleasures in this world but ultimately leads to uncertainty, fear, and the fires of damnation in the eternal realm.
