Prayer is Continuous

1 Thessalonians 5:17 (KJB) Pray without ceasing.

Many of us might want to stop after reading this short scripture verse and scrutinize our own prayer life.  Perhaps you pray consistently, being sure to thank God for every meal for the food you eat but woefully your prayer life begins and ends with the filling of your belly.  There is much life to live and prayers to give in between the meals of life.

He Prays for Thine

John 17:9-10 (KJB)   I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.  10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them.

Perhaps this verse sounds like a complicated “Spiritual Tongue Twister.”  One which you must read over a few times to get the gist and context otherwise, it may make your head spin in circles!
