The Lackluster Spiritual Climate

Isaiah 28:9-11 (KJB)   Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.  10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:  11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.

Born to be Wild?

Truth or Myth?

Isaiah 1:2-4 (KJB) “Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me. 3 The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider. 4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they ...

Is Your Heart Teachable?

Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. (Isaiah 28:9-11 KJV)

Young children are unassuming and very open and teachable.  They have not formed ...

Guarded On All Sides

“Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.”  (Isaiah 48:17)

The Lord places a hedge about His sheep as they roam about in the “field” of life, like a shepherd who guards His own sheep against wolves and other predators.  The Lord guards and protects His sheep on all sides against the wiles of the ...
