Bearing His Reproach

Hebrews 13:13 (KJB)   Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.

People who sincerely proclaim the name of Jesus are seen as odd and peculiar to those deeply entrenched in the ways of this world.  In the historical context of this verse Jewish believers were often ostracized for their beliefs from Gentiles and others in their community.
