Trust and Pray
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. (Matthew 21:22 KJV)
Prayer is one on one personal communication with God.
Sadly, many fail to direct personal prayers to God. Rather they seek out others to discuss unexpected circumstances or a great need or concern in their life rather than seeking prayerful conversation directly with God.
God desires to have heart conversation with you!
God desires to meet and exceed your needs!
God wants to fulfill your desires!
Heartfelt communication with God is meant to be done alone in your prayer closet. It is humbly seeking God from your heart and expecting His answer which is always found to be in line with His Word.
Prayer is not necessarily always an opportunity to speak with God about needs and concerns but is often a special time man sets aside to listen to God speak to his heart. Supernatural spiritual communication with God goes back and forth in both directions.
Group prayer is important and often reserved for planned times together with other brothers and sisters in Christ. It serves the purpose of lifting up needs, concerns, and situations collectively to God. The Bible tells us He is where two or more people gather together (Matthew 18:20) He is in the midst of them.
