A Godly Walk
Romans 12:12 (KJB) Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer.
This succinct verse gives us plenty of forward directives for propelling us onward in our daily walk with God. God does not expect the child of God to move without contemplation on His decrees for He does not control us like a robot with His Word. Nor does He desire us to move according to our feelings or own objectives.
The fuel of our walk with Him depends on faith in the power and presence of God at work in our regenerated heart despite circumstances about us as we walk in this world.
This verse is clear for every man, woman, and child of God to rejoice in any and every situation of life. Be patient in trials. Be in prayerful conversations with God instantaneously throughout every day and night. A godly walk is a perpetual way of life, not a Sunday only commitment, or a promise to God meant to be broken.
To live with God daily is to die to self and live for Him (Galatians 2:20).
