About but Unseen
Job 9:11 (KJB) Lo, he goeth by me, and I see him not: he passeth on also, but I perceive him not.
The spirit world is one that no man can fathom or rightly understand from his limited viewpoint from this earth. Though we cannot see such spirits move about, the Bible tells us that the spirit world is at work all about us in this world.
Just imagine that perhaps God has placed an angel looking over your shoulder at this very moment as you drive down a dangerous road.
Or a demon is lurking about you as you obediently serve God through helping another in a hard season of life.
Be careful, for the spirit world contains both good and bad spirits and the naked eye cannot always perceive or discern the natural character of spirits working about them. However, God’s Word provides us with the proper outer covering and protection necessary for living spiritually successful as we serve and savor Him in this wicked world.
Though we cannot see the spirit world at work in this world given the human limitations of our physical vision, we must recognize that the interfering presence of the dark spiritual world is both possible and credible. However, we must especially consider the unlimited nature and potential of the supernatural power and presence of God above and beyond any conglomeration of demon spirits.
