Do Not Frustrate God’s Grace
Galatians 2:21 (KJB) I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
How can a person frustrate the grace of God? Well, for starters a person must understand the manner and magnitude of the grace of God. His grace is greater than any sin. If His grace were not greater than it would not have cost God or His Son Jesus Christ anything to die on the cross.
Christ died a horrible physical death on the cross and paid a high cost for the sin of the world; past, present, and future. His death was not in vain or meaningless, then, now, or forever.
It cost both God and Jesus Christ everything to provide mankind with the spiritual potential of eternal grace. His grace does not come to mankind through any righteousness of his own, for no man has any virtue of his own accord. Genuine righteousness can only come from knowing and agreeing with the nature of God.
God did not send His Only Son to die in vain. Jesus Christ died to usher in eternal life, mercy, and grace available to every natural born sinner in this world. If you have not already, open His gift of grace and personally and liberally apply it to your life.
