God’s Law Reveals Himself to Us and for Remembrance in the Next Generation

Deuteronomy 6:5-7 (KJB) And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. 6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: 7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

God gave mankind marching orders.  Not because He was cracking His whip to move mankind into observing His laws and commands.  God reveals Himself for every man to choose to follow Him and become perpetually FREE from the law of sin and death.  Believing in God is a voluntary maneuver rather than a forced belief.

Yes, that is right there is FREEDOM in Christ rather than bondage to a set of laws and expectations.  Once a man has entered into a personal relationship with Christ he understands that he cannot possibly keep God’s law on his own.

It is so simple, those who have regenerated hearts fall in love with The God who gave us these laws and in this personal relationship a man will find eternal life and blessings forever.  Move this message forward to the next generation who are struggling and bound by spiritual death as they exist in this dark world.

There is both a lender and the servant principal at work in this world.  Those who allow God to will and work in their life are FREE from the power of sin.  However, any person who shrugs off the laws of God and dismisses the love of God is BOUND in both sin and shame.  Such a man is not free but is a servant to sin.  To him, laws are meant to be broken.  In an attempt to free himself of laws he is captive to the ways of this world rather than finding the certain freedom in Christ.  Mankind most often gets it backward!

Preserve and demonstrate true freedom by delighting yourself in the laws of God rather than in the darkness of the god of this world: Psalm 40:8 (KJB).

Not only is a man to love The God of eternal laws but he is to remember these laws in his own heart and to teach his children and others in the next generation about God.  This is all to honor and glorify God and allowing Him to perpetually change the spiritual condition of many lost hearts in this world.
