It Will Be Worth It All!
Romans 8:36-37 (KJB) As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
A man or woman of God who is living a life of unselfish service to God expects to face persecution and trouble in this world. In fact, God told is to expect to be harassed (John 16:33) but it certainly will be worth it for enduring any spiritual harassment and hardships.
Despite any trouble or trials a man may face, because of his personal fellowship with God, it should do nothing to change his heart attitude towards God. Or give him less respect for the holy and righteous nature of God.
A genuine man or woman of God can reflect on the goodness of God both in the hard times and the “mountain top moments” of his or her life. He or she chooses to continue to give glory and honor to God while deflecting the difficulties of life through His supernatural power and strength.
A child of God does not resort to whining and complaining about their “less than perfect” circumstances in this world. Job is a great biblical example of a child of God who continued to serve and savor His personal relationship with God despite any desperate and deplorable circumstances in a valley of life.
At any time, regardless of any trials and tribulation, a child of God rejoices in his spiritual victory, like did Job, both in the present time and the time to come in the eternal realm inside sweet fellowship with God forevermore.
