Let Circumstances Bring You Where They Will with God
2 Corinthians 12:9 (KJB) And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
The Apostle Paul knew all about having a thorn in his side. Paul understood about having a physical weakness in his journey on this earth. Paul had to make the choice to find joy and peace in the middle of his adverse circumstances because the joy of the Lord is always more than enough to sustain a man during any difficult times he may face.
Job certainly knew about both blessings and devastation. Job chose to praise God in any circumstance (Job 1:20-22).
Let circumstances bring you where they will and inhale deeply inwardly the will and the joy of the Lord. Readily consume the presence of God’s grace and allow it to will and work inside your heart and mind. It will diffuse and obliterate any wickedness and evil at work about you according to the will of God for your life.
Choose to glory in whatever state you find yourself in. Honor God in both times of despair and great blessings. Give God all the praise and glory for His continual work in you and about you despite the state of your immediate circumstances while trusting in His best for you.
