Many Shall Run to and Fro
Daniel 12:4 (KJB) But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
This verse from the Old Testament points foremost to the Jewish people, God’s own people. While it is true that God’s chosen people have been blinded to Truth for some time, there will be a day coming where their eyes and their ears will be opened, and their heart softened so they can comprehend God’s timeless Truth.
Sadly, for some hearts, whether they be Jew or Gentile, the opportunity to acknowledge who God is will only come upon their physical death than while they exist being spiritually lost in this world. Many people spend their time and talents on this earth going to and fro and in circles with the limited natural understanding of mankind.
It is true, only the wisdom that comes from God is ageless and lasts forever.
Anything learned in this world is subject to time and circumstances and has endless circles and roadblocks. However, the wisdom of God lasts forever.
It is true that knowledge of mankind has increased exponentially in this world, but many minds and hearts are filled with only world-based wisdom, absent of the presence of God, and shuttered to things of God. Never have we had so many graduates of higher learning in universities and trade schools who are void of “God sense” vital in determining lasting values and direction in this world and forevermore.
