John 16:32 (KJV) Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.
This verse from the book of John looks at the near future in this ancient period. Jesus is speaking about the time at hand as His hour comes into play. In other words, the time often prophesied in the Old and New Testament for Jesus Christ to finish His work according to the will of His Father.
Yes, Jesus Christ’s time has come to fruition. Even in this period, when His disciples and friends would scatter, His relationship with God would be alive, close, and personal. Certainly, you know that Jesus was never alone for the spiritual communication channel was always open to God His Father through prayer.
Each of us can look around us, behind us to history, and in front of us towards our future and know for sure that Jesus Christ is with us every step of the way in this world and eternity.
