God sees man who is quickened alive spiritually as covered in the blood Jesus Christ shed upon the cross for all sin. He sees man who has been quickened alive as perfect and pure from His holy viewpoint in the Heavens:
Praise to God who does not see the stain of our sin but only the blood of Christ covering us or atoning for our sin making us as white as snow. David spoke of this in Psalm fifty one as He humbly came before the Lord asking for forgiveness and to be made “whiter than snow…:”
This blood is placed upon man who has trusted in God’s atonement made for all sin; past, present, and future. Then a new spiritual nature the presence of the Holy Spirit of God comes to live inside those who have placed their faith in this finished work of Jesus Christ at Calvary upon the cross. The inner spiritual presence of the Holy Spirit works to change man from inside out. Outward works of man do nothing to change our inner spiritual nature; inner changes are the result of the work of God upon our heart.
Man chooses, through freewill and Christian liberty, to follow God’s inner spiritual work with outward obedience in actions and deeds producing fruit according to or corresponding with man’s level of submission to God’s will upon his life. We are made perfect in Him because of the finished work Jesus Christ did on the cross; not because of any work we have done.
Man’s natural sinful works include such atrocities as:
Outward works of a man quickened alive spiritually grow and mature producing healthy fruits of the spirit, not the spoiled fruit of sin, to shine like jewels in our life outwardly proving the spiritual condition of our heart pointing to the works of Christ.
However while sojourning upon this earth we are not yet made spiritually complete as God exists; perfect and unadulterated. Man will never exist as flawless until he crosses the threshold in in the eternal realm with God adorned in His robe of righteousness and perfection. We cannot be made flawless upon this earth except through a personal relationship based on faith in God and living in His righteousness having nothing to do with our self-righteousness or works of our own doing. Man is only presentable as blameless on this earth through His atonement for our sin.
God, being perfect, cannot have anything to do with the presence of sin:
Therefore God sees us as diamonds in the dirt. He sees us as we will be; not as we presently are. Our spiritual position is firmly planted in Him through His grace and mercy upon our lives as we sojourn upon this earth. Our practical living is a daily walk away from sin and towards Him according to our willingness to be obedient to Him. God never moves away from us, it is man who stumbles and bumbles falling away from the direction of God, but man who has been quickened alive can never fall away from the mercy and grace of God in our daily walk upon this earth.
Those who personally accept God’s free gift of mercy and grace are covered in Jesus Christ’s blood which atones for sin allowing man shine like diamonds in the dirt as they sojourn upon this earth according to the new spiritual nature of God living within them.
