Position, Character, Behavior, and Love
1 Corinthians 16:13-14 (KJV) Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. Let all your things be done with charity.
The apostle Paul expounds on the importance of four things to the Corinthian believers on closing his sermon; they were to watch, stand firm in the faith, not be like men, and do all things with a generous helping of the gracious love of God.
These four things mentioned in the scripture above remain essential for every sincere professing Christian to employ in his or her life. Representing Christ to others in this wicked leaning world remains the one vital practice that each genuine child of God can do and should do in his or her position in Christ. Doing so brings honor and glory to God and ushers in the opportunity for His light to grow and propagate eternal life inside hurting hearts in this corrupt world.
Stand firm in Christ and watch among you for the many opportunities to show the love and mercy of Christ to lost and hurting souls in this wicked world for bringing honor and glory to God.
