A Rod and Reproof Are Necessary
Proverbs 29:15 (KJB) The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame.
I am sure this statement is nothing new, especially to those who are struggling parents of teenagers:

The Innocence of A Child
Matthew 18:2-3 (KJB) And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, 3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
