Lighting Candles
Psalm 119:105 (KJB) NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
The Four Sundays before December twenty-fifth are celebrated by some in lighting a candle, one is lit for each week of the Christmas season and in leaving these candles to shine throughout the holiday season. This act serves as the official “countdown to Christmas” some would say.
