Diligent Hands Bestow Dividends
Proverbs 10:4 (KJB) He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.

Sometimes Less is Considerably More
Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith. (Proverbs 15:17 KJV)
This particular verse found in the book of Proverbs “jumped out” at me one day. I had no familiarity with it nor understood what precept God had inspired the writer about this particular verse. My first thought drifted towards a stalled vehicle rather than having any understanding about a stalled ox.
