The Gospel is of God
Galatians 1:11-12 (KJB) But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. 12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
The gospel message is not derived from any man; instead, it comes straight from God. His message is supernatural, breathed of God. It for bringing Him honor and glory.
Unlike the Constitution, the laws of this land, political speeches, encyclopedias chocked full of information, opinions, dictionaries, and other volumes and digests filled with words, the Word of God is certified to be His Truth.
Not only that, the Word of God is timeless, lasting forever. Any words of a man found in a speech or collected in recordings and books will age with time. It must be modernized and updated with the favorite words and wisdom of today. God’s Word is always relevant for yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
The Word of God comes to us from the very revelation of Jesus Christ. It is of God and was God-breathed or inspired by God, who has no beginning or end. His Word never loses power or eternal prominence and will endure forever without any changes or alteration by mankind.
