There Is Nothing More Miserable than an Unrepentant Sinner
Psalm 38:1-3 (KJB) A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance. O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. 2 For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore. 3 There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.
The presence of unconfessed sin equates to a person having insoluble spiritual misery at work in his or her heart. Spiritual misery cannot be appeased by anything or anyone found in this world.
True spiritual appeasement and removal of this pain in the heart can only take place by having the supernatural power and indwelling presence of God. This presence of God can only take place inside a spiritually softened heart.
Therefore, now you understand that there is no hope for healing the spiritual heart ailments of a miserable heart hardened lost sinner who chooses to not personally know God. All spiritual healing begins inside a personal relationship with God.
Abandon God or choose to ignore Him and certain spiritual misery will stick with you forever, but genuinely know God and confess your sin and everything, even your bones, will rest and rejoice forever in a personal relationship with God.
