Walking Wisely or Worldly
Proverbs 13:20 (KJB) He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
The direction and desires of our life will either drive us to place faith in God or to destroy us forever. You see, our walk can only be in one of two directions, walking wisely with God or walking worldly with the god of this world.
These two avenues are in opposing directions. One trail leads to the right while the other well-worn pathway heads to the left. One being straight and narrow while the other is wayward and asymmetrical in nature.
I hope you are walking along the narrow way (John 14:6) the only way which leads to the Father. This avenue is always a wise and lasting choice filed with heaping helpings of the unlimited wisdom of God. The popular pathway is worn down and wild. It is lined with foolish people who do not individually know God. This is the way to certain eternal destruction.
A child of God desires to walk wisely in this world and to live forever in fellowship with God forever while foolish hearted souls venture along a crooked worldly pathway and will be devastated in eternity.
