What about the King James Version

2 Timothy 3:13-17 (KJB) But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

In conclusion of this study concerning the Word of God and the King James Bible for English speaking people, we can say with certainty that genuine doctrine was received by inspiration from God through the pen of chosen men and was recorded and to be preserved by God forever(Psalm12:6-7).

When God says “all scripture is given by inspiration…”; He means what He says, all of it, every word.

God declared His whole revelation, from start to finish from Genesis to Revelation, which was peened by willing men in ancient biblical times.  His word was not offered for further consideration or to be diced in bits and pieces or picked through by modern Bible scholars and offered afresh with updated scripture passages touted as necessary because of the passing of time.  By understanding the important concept of God-breathed inspiration, we know that God provided spiritually sound and complete doctrine which endures the test of time and circumstances and that God promised to preserve His Word forever as is found in multiple verses, including Psalms 12:6-7

Now certainly, His divine preservation does not mean we have the original recordings, but that throughout the ages, God has preserved His Word and for English speaking people it can be found in The King James Bible.  Through faith we can believe that God does what He says which includes the preservation of His Word throughout all ages.

The most significant error at work among professing Christians and especially modern pastors is that they are listening to words of men rather than listening to and applying declarations of God as was recorded in the pages of His Word.  That is right. God’s Word is alive and spiritually active, (Hebrews 4:12) spiritually sharp and cutting like a double-edged razor, slicing straight through to the heart of every matter (Proverbs 4:23) concerning life, death, and eternal matters.

Sadly, there are many false teachings, opinions, beliefs, theories, and suppositions about God readily found in this wicked leaning world and many such false doctrines have been delicately, but deliberately, placed in more than 400 errant updated Bible per-versions written in the English language including the ASV, ESV, MEV, NKJV, NIV, TLV, MSV, just to name a few of the more popular revisions available for study and consideration among professing Christians today.

Each person who is serious about things of God and aligned to Him spiritually, naturally chooses to turn to Him and Him  alone for direction, understanding, discipline, and spiritual clarification by using the very Words inspired of God. just as 2nd Timothy 3:16, penned by the direction of God by the Apostle Paul and was taught to young Timothy, and affirms for us today, that rather than seeking personal opinions, rogue teaching of a man, or in reading updated adulterated Bibles commonly found in this world.  We can know for sure that any Bible that was written apart from the inspiration of God is the work of mankind, having nothing to do with the spiritual nature or genuine God-breathed Words divinely given by God.

So, how then can a person know what words are inspired and given of God?  He or she must be familiar with the Word of God as is found for English speaking people in the King James Bible.  This Bible alone is a timeless, holy, ancient, and spiritual book filled with God’s unlimited truths and valuable heart lessons relevant in both ancient times and today for all people.  The genuine Word of God is the only version that delivers spiritual heart health and unfettered access to God and eternal life for every willing softened soul.

Yes, God’s Word gives a regenerated person all things necessary for living; both in this world and for all eternity.  God gives every renewed spiritual heart power over death and sin with His supernatural indwelling presence continually at work in the lives of His spiritual family.

We hope you understand that the importance of ingesting genuine truths of God into your heart and mind as was directed in Psalm 119:11.  This ongoing spiritual feast has nothing to do with the state of your intellect, your works, your position in this world, your age, financial status, your address, or even possessing a Bible degree.

Sincerely understanding and applying truths of God has everything to do with being in the right spiritual standing with God through faith placed in the finished work of Christ on Calvary and has absolutely nothing to do with leaning on one’s actions or abilities.

Indeed, for every regenerated heart “Thus sayeth the Lord…” should always be a priority in your heart and life.  Each of us needs to personally know and apply what God has placed in His Word concerning eternal salvation, life and death.  God inspired many willing ancient authors to record His Word exclusively for His purposes and pleasure and for our eternal spiritual well-being.

It is true, God did not give us any filler or unnecessary words for simply filling pages.  No, every word included was breathed by inspiration of God and is vital for spiritual well-being.  You should also know that God made it clear that no person should attempt to rewrite or rework the pages of His Word for doing so is promised to usher in plagues of suffering and destruction:

Revelation 22:18 (KJB) For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book.

The Apostle Paul said in Ephesians 3:3 that he was given the world of God by revelation and we should take God at His Word concerning this truth.

Did you know that The King James Bible was the seventh version translated into the English language?  This version has always been and forever will be spiritually and critically superior to any other so-called alternative or updated Bible versions offered by man and found for sale in this world.

Why do we say that?  You are likely familiar with the significance God placed on the number seven in numerous places in the canon of scripture, it signifies perfection and completion.  It is essential for you to know that behind six other previous attempts at translation into English that after 1. 2. attempts.; the King James Bible Version, the seventh effort, is God’s inspired and preserved Word for English speaking people.

Don’t believe us about this, look back in history to study this truth out yourself being careful to use reputable sources and information concerning past eras.

Follow the link provided to look at a chart concerning the history of Bible translations.  We encourage you to print this chart out to better study these important details for yourself.

The Two Lines of Bible Manuscripts.

This chart will give you a glance back in history to better comprehend how modern writers of Bible per-versions attempt to skew critical text given of God and to change or to delete important biblical events in history for cleverly winding deception and deceit into every updated version available in the market of this world today.

Sadly, new versions are updated and change repeatedly with the passing of time.  Here is a small sampling of verses struck from the new record entirely at the time of this writing.  You can look in most updated texts to discover that these passages along with many other essential verses are missing: – Matthew 17:21, Matthew 18:11, Matthew 23:14, Mark 7:16, Mark 9:44, Mark9:46, Mark11:26, Mark15:28, Luke 17:36, Luke 23:17, John 5:4, Acts 8:37, Acts 15:34, Acts 24:7, Acts 28:29, and  Romans 16:24, just to name a few examples.

As this KJV Man Devotional ends, please do not be confused by the mantra of the “KJB Only Crowd” as an attempt by some “fans” to being loyal to a transcript, or to a man named King James. Instead, as we all know, God never changes (Hebrews 8:13), and, neither does the message in His Word.  Besides, God does not have fans or followers, He has a spiritual family naturally devoted to Him!

His Word is perfect, given without error, and has no need for correction or updating in order to mesh with any newfangled terms or language popular in this world.  God does not entangle Himself in the world, He stands apart, or separate from the world.  God expects His spiritual family to stand distinct and peculiar from the ways of this wicked world and that especially includes your choice of a Bible version.

God’s Word can perfectly fill the bill for any language when properly translated.

The bottom line: God’s chosen words do not age, are not archaic, or are hard to understand.  His Word, in the King James Bible has been translated from the record from the inspiration of God and divinely delivered to men whose job it was to pen God’s perpetual record in the English language.  The King James Bible is indeed constant heavenly music for the heart in a familiar language for the souls of English speaking people.

In the end, the judgment of God will pertain to an individual heart condition; whether one is saved or spiritually lost.  Knowing and applying the doctrine given of God allows God to regenerate the heart.  Those revived souls who are intimately familiar with God’s Word will have rightly judged themselves while alive on this earth.  However, those individuals who have chosen to ignore who God is and forever will be, failed to comprehend and apply the truths of His Word and to rightly judge themselves.  Every lost heart will face God’s judgment and certain eternal suffering rather than enjoy perpetual salvation and sweet fellowship with God forever.

The study and personal application of God’s Word, as is found in the King James Bible for English speaking people, ushers in vital heart health for lost souls.  Not only must a person study it but allow God’s timeless message to marinate in their heart (Psalm 119:11).  Personal application is vital for spiritual heart health and eternal harmony of every soul.

When a sincere child of God is intimately familiar with the Bible and seeks to personally apply truths God, he can live successfully in this world and in eternity.  All modernized versions have errors and skewed truth that does not match with God’s reality nor have the presence and supernatural power of God at work on every page of His complete and timeless revelation and cannot change the spiritual nature of lost souls.
